Revelation 9-10
Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet and John heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God, saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour, the day, the month, and the year, were released to kill a third of mankind.” These four angels who had been bound at the great river Euphrates, I wonder when God bound them, maybe from the fall of the angels in heaven, or maybe before the foundation of the earth, I have no knowledge of that, but this is clear from Scripture, they knew “the hour, the day, the month, and the year.”
But wait, what about the angel of the seven trumpets? John saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, and just as John is about to write what he is seeing, “Seal up what the seven thunders have said, and do not write it down.” An the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it, that there would be no more delay, but that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.
Many believe the hour is close, that Jesus will return soon, very soon, for His Church, (all who by faith have received the free gift of being made right before God), are you ready? Please remember that Religion is about “DO”, what can I do to earn heaven, but Christianity is about “Done”, Jesus has already paid in full for your pardon. Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” It is real simple, my dear friend Carroll Ray Jr. says often that “Faith” “Is acting like Jesus tells the truth.” How are you acting?
